The problem
FullCircle Auctions, in Abu Dhabi, needed to validate a real-estate auction product, and earn the confidence to take it to full production and promote it across the UAE market.
The constraint
The validation had to come fast and lean enough to de-risk the decision, without cutting the corners that make a real auction feel trustworthy.
What I did
I built a solid real-estate auction MVP on the current stack: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind, Supabase and Vercel. Shipped fast.
The point of an MVP like this isn't a throwaway prototype; it's a credible, working auction experience FullCircle Auctions can put in front of real people. That's what turns "maybe" into the confidence to commit to full production.
It's live now, and the team in Abu Dhabi is testing it ahead of the full build.
The outcome
The MVP is live and in active testing with the FullCircle Auctions team in Abu Dhabi, ahead of full production, and enough to give founder Natalie G. the confidence to move forward and start promoting it across the UAE market.
